Totally not enough. They should have put this guy in Saddam’s old hole (take however you’d like) and made him live there for 24 years. I especially like how now he’s claiming regret … for those THREE THOUSAND rapes of his daughter. What, you didn’t feel bad enough to stop all those years but you feel bad enough now that you shouldn’t be punished? Nice try.
